Flexibility and speed were the two key factors when we designed this pallet racking layout that was to be serviced by fairly substantial counter balance trucks.

Standard pallet racking beams are 2700mm long and the back to back gap between racks is 200mm. 3000mm beams and 350mm row spacers were specified to allow for product overhang and to minimise product damage when pallets are being loaded / unloaded from the system.

The system also included pre galv frames which have been introduced by the manufacturers instead of the more standard painted frames.
