The client was wanting to utilise all available space in a section of the warehouse by taking the racking as high as possible and condensing the aisles. 

Working very closely with a local forklift truck provider we specified a narrow aisle system 9200mm high with aisles at 1800mm. In a fairly confined space we managed to achieve 1528 No pallets stored.  The system is serviced using a high-spec, wire guided, man-up turret truck. 

The installation included fully adjustable heavy duty pallet racking with all the added safety features including anti-collapse safety mesh, wire mesh drop-over panels, column guards and the necessary SWL signage.
